Extended abstract template (word)

Call for Abstracts is now closed

Online abstract submission closed on Monday, 28 February 2022.
We would like to thank all 190 authors who sent us an abstract.

  • Authors selected by the scientific committee for an oral or flash communication have already been notified by e-mail. Except for those writing an article for Oeno One, speakers have until 30 April 15 May 2022 to submit an extended abstract via their account on the TERCLIM website or directly by mail at terclim2022.inrae.fr . The 4-6 pages abstract will be published in IVES Conference Series and available online at the opening of the symposium. Extended abstracts will not be reviewed, nor edited, so please send us a clean copy (pdf and word file). For non native English speakers, we recommend to have your article revised by a native English speaker prior to submission.
  • Authors who have submitted an abstract for a poster presentation will be notified of acceptance by e-mail by the end of March. Their one-page abstract will be published in IVES Conference Series and they will also be invited to submit a digital copy of their poster (in pdf format).

For any accepted abstract to be included in the final scientific programme, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the symposium and to settle payment as soon as the notification of abstract acceptance is received and not later than Sunday, 15 May 2022.
