Stefanos Koundouras is Professor of Viticulture in the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), Greece. He graduated from the School of Agriculture of AUTh and he also holds an Oenologist Diploma (DNO), MSc and PhD in Viticulture from the University of Bordeaux (France). He's member of the editorial board of the scientific journal OENO-One and member of the Board of Directors of the International Viticulture and Enology Society (IVES). His research interests include vine terroir and ecophysiology, vineyard management techniques and impact on grape metabolites, climate change and precision viticulture.
